Superior grade semi-processed leather is procured and this undergoes rigorous quality checks before processing. Thereby the finest strains of leather are produced, on par with standards prescribed by various certifying authorities.

The plant has the capacity to produce any kind of leather with any colour or specification, and specializes in tanning and processing cow, buff, sheep and goat leather. Accessories such as zippers, rings, rivets, locks, springs and other metal parts are imported from specialists in Hong Kong, Korea and so on. Computerised re-designing and drawing ensures total elimination of human error in reproducing true and exact dimensions, shapes and style.

The Chemical Chapter

To guarantee the advantage of the best ingredients in processing chemicals, the group put up its own factory, Trimurthi Chemicals, to feed its leather processing plant. The factory now supplies to other leather manufacturers as well. Hazardous chemicals such as azo dyes, Penta ChloroPhenol, cadmium, chrome VI or amines are not involved in production.

Social Responsibility

A common effluent treatment plant has been established and the tannery is connected to this plant to prevent flow of hazardous waste. Similarly, the chemical factory has been designed as an extremely eco-friendly facility using clean, treated water and also preventing atmospheric pollution.Government norms on environment and industrial wastage are scrupulously followed.
